We sell props, fun yoga clothing, accessories, and unique sportswear.

Private Yoga sessions with Stephanie or Kate, and, Private Jin Shin Accupressure with Kate are available by appointment. $45 per session, or 3 for $115 payable in advance.

Class Levels
Fundamentals: No previous yoga experience, flexibility, or pre-registration required! Four classes per month, once a week.

Gentle/Healing: All levels of experience are welcome for this slower paced, yet invigorating workout. Designed to help those facing physical challenges improve flexibility, circulation, balance and confidence.

Level 1: Continuing Beginners.

Level 1-2: All Levels.

Level 2: Minimum 1 year of Iyengar Yoga, headstand and shoulderstand.

Yoga Vinyasa: (Sun Salutations) Exploring breathing, standing poses, and inversions in a flow. Not for those with wrist or other serious limitations.



General Information
Pre-registration for the Monument classes listed above is not necessary. Pre-registration for the workshops listed below is recommended. Please don't eat a heavy meal before class; come with an empty or nearly empty stomach. Wear non-restrictive clothing such as T-shirt and shorts or a leotard and tights that do not cover feet. A dressing room is available. Please do come with a clean body (feet too!) and no fragrances. If you have other questions, please check our
